During COVID-19, I worked directly with seniors at a moment when the healthcare system needed every available hand. That experience grounded everything that followed: a visceral understanding of what's at stake and what patients actually need — not just operationally, but humanly.

From there I built a career across every layer of healthcare: clinical scheduling, revenue cycle, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, CMS appeals, and ultimately business development. I've worked in home health, managed care, and multi-state market expansion — always connecting the human side of care to the operational and commercial realities that make it sustainable.

Today I bring that full picture to every partnership, contract, and strategy conversation. The goal has never changed: better outcomes for the communities I serve.
